Alison has a 10 year background in recruiting at
management and director level working with blue
chip clients across a variety of disciplines including
retail, marketing, communications, creative and
commercial, her clients have been based across UK
and Europe. Her background also includes 16 years
based in London working in recruitment, design,
fashion and retail operations for companies that
include Freedom Recruitment, The Ross Group, Joseph,
Harrods and Harvey Nichols.

Lucy White - Senior Consultant
Lucy has 10 years experience within Recruitment,
Training and Operations. Having worked in London
for many years as an Executive Headhunter before
relocating to Bath she has a wide knowledge of
Director Level appointments across all disciplines.
Prior to this she has extensive knowledge of HR,
Training and Development from consultancy through
to designing, implementing and delivering courses
covering a range of sectors and industries.

Reg Roberts – Managing Director
Reg Roberts is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and
a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation
(REC)He obtained his accountancy articles in Sydney,
Australia before coming to the UK in the early
‘80s. Since then has owned and operated
recruitment businesses with a strong southern
hemisphere connection.
His vision has made the Target Group into a flexible,
efficient and highly effective operation that
has always had a ‘can do’ attitude.

Not only that, but Reg is a winner! He has represented
both Great Britain and England in fullbore target
shooting since 1988.
Michele Devlin – Operations Director
Michele Devlin is a recruitment professional with
a total of 19 years experience including 11 years
spent in-house, working in human resources and personnel
management.
In-house she worked in sectors as diverse as in
banking, mining and television before moving to
a major high street recruitment agency, and then
running a public/private partnership for the long
term unemployed. A fellow of the Recruitment and
Employment Confederation, Michele has been with
Target Appointments since 2002.
