Our client, based in the Bath area is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technican for this 1 month temporary booking starting asap. The successful applicant will have an experience of client support, both face to face and in a helpdesk environment. On a day to day basis, you will be required to take details and provide support at a 1st line level to users, as well as log priorities and arrange appointments for technicans to visit users if necessary.

The successful applicant will ideally have a knowledge of the MS Office Suite and MS Exchange. Some prior use of Applemacs would be advantageous.
