Are you an established Manager, who would love the opportunity
to launch a new Womenswaer destination Store?
This retailer has taken the Womenswear market by storm, producing
highly desirable designer clothing, footwear and accessories collections
for trend driven Men and Women.
This exciting new store launch requires a Manager who is both driven
and motivated to succeed, you will be active in recruiting a sales
driven team so training and mentoring will be 2nd nature to you.
You will be responsible for developing and building a broad customer
base. Also leasing with merchandising teams making crucial decisions
with regards to stock content and range selections to echo your
customer base. The ideal candidate for this role must also be an
inspirational leader, introducing incentives to maximise sales turnover.
You will accountable for all store operations so skill and efficiency
across profit and loss, budgets and wage costs is crucial.
We are looking for a highly experienced Manager, stand alone store
management is preferable. However you may be a Concession Manager
with an impressive high turnover business or a Floor manager within
a department store environment.
A flair with the mid to top end of the market is a must, in either
Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty or Cosmetics. You will need offer exceptional
levels of service and commitment that will be highly rewarded within
this exciting business.

We have a great opportunity for a Top End Sales Consultant
based in one of Bath’s more unique Boutique’s.
Working 3-4 days per week on a Permanent basis
If you love spending quality time with your customers whilst developing
a loyal and friendly on going service, this could be for you. Selling
beautiful yet contemporary collections for Women, you will need
to have a great eye for styling, and understanding of garment construction
would also be useful.
You will be helping your customers to create on trend outfits of
an individual nature.
As you will be dealing with a varied client base it’s essential
that you can liaise with customers at all levels, so great levels
of communication are key. This Designer also has a strong online
presence, so you will be confident in advising and selling to customers
by phone too.
You will have skill in maximising sales, and have a good level
of quality Retail experience within a mid market to top end environment.
You will be very brand conscious and have a natural keenness for
contemporary design, good merchandising skills will also be advantageous.
