Administrative Assistant

Our client, based in the heart of Bath is seeking an Administrator for this part-time opportunity starting soon! The successful candidate would ideally be seeking 3 days per week and be available immediately. A good knowledge of MS Word & Excel is essential as is an excellent eye for detail. Office based experience is also a pre-requisite. Working with one Partner, you will also be required to provide administrative support to the Executive PA's as requested.

Responsibilities:
- Typing of correspondence, invoices and reports
- Database maintenance
- Filing, photocopy and emailing
- Assisting PA team with general ad hoc administration as required

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team! A temporary role that could ultimately lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:
A fantastic opportunity to provide a pro-active and efficient assistance and dedicated support to this Bath based Training and Skills Consultant.
