Job Title

Human Resources Assistant

Our client, based in Bath is seeking an HR specialist for this temporary position starting asap for approximately 1 month (possibly) longer. This temporary position has become available due to an increase in the work associated with preparations for an audit as well as internal recruiting activities. The successful application will hold a formal HR qualification or / and considerable experience in HR related employment.

Ideally the candidate will display some or all of the following attributes:

* A detailed knowledge and experience of HR procedures
* Experience in the recruitment and management of personnel
* Knowledge and experience of applying for CRB/List 99 clearances
* Knowledge and experience of TUPE
* Excellent organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
* A high level of competence in IT
* Good communication skills

Job Title

Customer Services / Telesales Executive

Our client, based in South Wiltshire is seeking a confident, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join their busy team for this Customer Services position. To assist in the day to day running of the company's telesales department, the successful applicant will have an confident, friendly telephone manner and excellent customer service skills. Strong computer skills are a must as are some selling skills, as you will be required to call customers on a regular and planned basis to maximise sales.

Responsibilities:
* Answer all incoming telephone calls in a consistent and pleasant manner
* Manage an allocated customer base, ensuring that customers are called on a regular and planned basis to maximise sales
* Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently using company software
* Advise customers of all offers, ensuring maximised sales at all times
* Ensure that all customer queries and requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
* Ensure all answer phone messages for the company are followed up
* Dispatch all orders on database and prepare delivery paperwork for transport team on a daily basis
* Inform customers of any stock shortages, reporting any issues to the purchasing team
* Keep all customer files up to date
* Assist with company business administration as required including distributing price lists and promotional material
* Arrange delivery of Point of Sale material, as requested by customers
* Provide regular report summaries and other information to the business as requested.

Own transport is a must!
