Our client, based in Corsham are seeking an HR Administrator for
this 4 - 6 week assignment starting asap. The successful applicant
must have the proven ability of working to deadlines, have the ability
to multitask, ability to produce accurate work to a high standard,
able to make and take responsibility for decisions as well as remain
calm in pressured situations. A good knowledge of the MS Office
Suite essential as is some office based experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team on recruitment campaigns, including all administration
from sourcing appropriate advertising media, obtaining costings
and deadlines for adverts, collation and submission of applicants,
arranging interviews etc
- Maintain the speculative c.v. log and submissions
- Arrange and support the HR team in sourcing of agency staff requirements
- Input and update the HR database / maintain hard copy file too
- Maintain and update annual leave log
- Provide the HR Training Officer with support inc. providing a
research facility for training providers, appropriate training facilities
to run courses, maintain a log of requirements and provide support
in relation to inductions for new staff members.

absolute discretion at all times. The successful applicant will
