Our client, based in Bath are seeking an Administrator with a good knowledge of the MS Office Suite and some experience of the administration of contracts or similar work for this fanastic opportunity starting soon. Possible temp to perm opportunity.

The successful applicant must be able to work on own initiative and be pro-active, have the ability to prioritise work effectively and work under pressure, have the ability to work as part of a team. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.

Key responsibilities:
* Answering the telephone and replying to emails
* Manage financial matters including petty cash and invoicing
* Maintain diaries, organise, attend and minute meetings
* Manage business travel arrangements for the team
* Maintain databases
* Prepare reports and correspondence
* Organise and co-ordinate the filing, sealing and review of contracts
* Ensure the library and relevant documents are kept updated

Job Title

HR Administrator

Our client, based in Corsham are seeking an HR Administrator for this 4 - 6 week assignment starting asap. The successful applicant must have the proven ability of working to deadlines, have the ability to multitask, ability to produce accurate work to a high standard, able to make and take responsibility for decisions as well as remain calm in pressured situations. A good knowledge of the MS Office Suite essential as is some office based experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the team on recruitment campaigns, including all administration from sourcing appropriate advertising media, obtaining costings and deadlines for adverts, collation and submission of applicants, arranging interviews etc
- Maintain the speculative c.v. log and submissions
- Arrange and support the HR team in sourcing of agency staff requirements
- Input and update the HR database / maintain hard copy file too
- Maintain and update annual leave log
- Provide the HR Training Officer with support inc. providing a research facility for training providers, appropriate training facilities to run courses, maintain a log of requirements and provide support in relation to inductions for new staff members.
- Produce monthly statistical information inc. Recruitment statistics
- Maintain the sickness spreadsheet and database log of historical data
- Produce documentation in relation to all contractual or personal changes relating to employees
- Other duties of a similar nature as may be required from time to time.

Our client seeking a proactive and efficient assistant to provide support to the Training and Skills Consultant who works with a range of public and private sector organisations and agencies involved in the strategic development of creative industries notably film, TV and digital content sector. The post holder will be working with a range of clients on individual projects and will therefore require absolute discretion at all times. The successful applicant will offer a good knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Starting as soon as possible this is an ongoing opportunity for 6 - 9 months.

Responsibilities:
- To manage the diary, prioritising and scheduling appointments & meetings
- Prepare & arrange meetings ensuring papers are collated and minutes taken
- To make travel arrangements and accompany the Consultant to meetings

- Deal with daily correspondence inc. opening, reading & posting mail
- Set up and maintain administrative systems

- Undertake research using the web and telephone

- Undertake other duties as reasonably requested by the Consultant
