Accounts Assistant / HR Administrator |
The Role:
Our client, based in Wiltshire are seeking an experienced Mortgage
Advisor for this fantastic opportunity starting soon. This is a
superb opportunity to join an established company with a large existing
client base! The successful applicant will offer the CeMap qualifications
or equivilent, a successful sales record / history and an understanding
of the Morgage Market. Excellent communication skills are essential
too. Experience of Financial Services sales and an understanding
of Compliance Regulations is a pre-requisite too.
Job purpose
- To work and liaise with other staff to maximise mortgage
opportunities
- Motivate sales teams to pass on leads and make appointments
- To ensure that all appointments are conducted in line with policy
and they operate within the various regulatory guidelines
- To achieve agreed targets for inital appointments and ratio of
sales per appointment
- To provide a qulaity service to clients
- Ensure that all appointments are progressed as necessary
- To always work in compliance with regulatory requirements

The Role:
An exciting opportunity to join this successful London based Events
Management and Marketing Service company for maternity leave cover
starting asap! The successful applicant will be happily juggling
the varied accounts and HR duties of this busy and challenging role.
You will offer experience within Bought Ledger (using Sage Line
50) and ideally have some HR experience. Sage Payroll advantageous.
The successful applicant will be available asap (latest mid July)
and be happy taking on maternity leave cover for up to 1 year.
Duties:
Accounts:
- Match supplier invoice with purchase order and issue for authorisation
- Maintain register of issued suppier invoices
- Ensure invoices are signed off and authorised
- Load authorised invoices onto Sage Line 50 with correct coding
- Reconcile Bought Ledger with statements & ensure discrepancies
deal with
- Liaise with suppliers
- Run reports for a management accounts
- Prepare monthly supplier payment runs and liase with Financial
Controller
- Some credit control
HR Role:
- Maintain personnel records
- Maintain the holiday record file and sickness files
- Maintain a record of key employment dates and arrange reviews
- Attend disciplinary mettings and note if required
- Obtain documentary evidence of job applicants
- Any other HR Tasks as required
