Having ascertained
a clear understanding of the role and type of person
required to fill it, we will conduct our initial
search by utilising our extensive database of registered
candidates.
Appropriate candidates are then contacted and given
comprehensive information regarding the opportunity
(whilst maintaining client confidentiality at all
times). With their interest confirmed, we send you
their curriculum vitae and our individual recommendations,
together with the results of each candidate’s
skills assessment. We then aim to send you a shortlist
of three or four candidates which meet your required
specifications. In the majority of cases, candidates
will have been reference-checked at this stage.
Where this has not been possible, references will
be checked slightly later in the process, subject
to an offer of engagement.
Given the unique parameters of each individual job,
this shortlist may sometimes be shorter (or longer)
than three or four individuals, but be assured that
we will only send you information on relevant candidates
and will not inundate you with curriculum vitae.
